Meet The Team
Andrew Wright is owner and President of ProTect-All Solutions. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist with over 29 years of integrated EHS and security experience. His experience in a variety of manufacturing, forging, metals, foundry, automotive, aerospace, transportation, oil/gas, instrumentation, chemical and pharmaceutical industries has provided a diverse understanding of workplace cultures.
His entrepreneurial drive and motivation led ProTect-All Solutions to develop both technological and leadership platform training solutions to reduce risk in the workplace. Through his education, early career development and 20 years of consulting Mr. Wright has blended these experiences, and cultures into a leadership platform. His “Power of One” philosophy focuses on the power of the human element to reduce risk and establish sustainability.
Brandon Verba is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and the Environmental Program Manager of ProTect-All Solutions. He has over 17 years of broad-based safety, health and environmental consulting and training experience in a variety of manufacturing, metals, and chemical industries. Mr. Verba is the lead environmental compliance manager for several industrial and manufacturing clients and conducts environmental compliance audits at various manufacturing sites in the eastern United States, including third-party EHS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 audits. In addition, Mr. Verba has provided comprehensive EHS services including on-site environmental training, file management, inspections, reporting, and acts as a liaison with regulatory agencies daily. Mr. Verba specializes in the “in-plant” services, focused on an engaged and hands-on approach to put customers in the best position to succeed.
Maureen Rossi is the Office Manager for ProTect-All Solutions. Mrs. Rossi has over 30 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting. She handles the day-to-day office management duties in several ways. She manages and oversees the administration of HR/Payroll policies and practices within the company and maintains accounts payable, receivables, and monthly billings. In addition to providing these services for ProTect-All, Maureen is outsourced to several of our sister companies to handle similar responsibilities. Maureen is pivotal in the functionality of the ProTect-All team, and we are thankful for her work.
Bec is a safety professional with ten years’ experience primarily dedicated to the oil and gas industry. She has worked both as a consultant and regional safety representative, so she understands the importance of keeping up with HSE requirements in the midst of operations. Her role at ProTect-All focuses on Safety + Leadership Development, weaving together the two in an effort to work alongside organizations as they invest in developing their cultures. Her Mind. Body. Safety. Initiative leans on the components of P1, the research that supports Mindfulness in the Workplace and the fact that the people who work with us are more than just employees. The Human Element is examined in the Mind. Body. Safety. approach by considering things like emotional + mental health, quality of life, work-life balance and tending to the mind and body as separate pieces that work together within each individual. In addition, Bec is authorized to train the following classes, among others: SafeLand Basic Orientation 2021, OSHA 10/30 General Industry, H2S AWARE and MEDIC First Aid/CPR/AED.
Haley Tyrrell is a senior student at the University of Pittsburgh who is currently working as ProTect-All’s Social Media Content Manager. With a graduation date in April of 2022, she is studying Public and Professional Writing with focuses in social media content creation and professional editing. Haley is excited to be working with the ProTect-All team to help develop their social media presence and to learn more about the industry.
Colin Worthy is a Senior API Inspector and Safety Specialist with ProTect-All Solutions with 7 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry in inspection, as well as 6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in inspection and safety. Mr. Worthy has assisted in the writing and development of the of Safety Programs for an oil and gas exploration and development company which has expanded his experience in the field. Mr. Worthy is a licensed Part 107 Drone Pilot and has 2 years of experience flying and assisting clients in developing in-house drone programs. Mr. Worthy has 6 years of training experience in classroom and hands-on settings in Safety and Drone piloting, giving him a well-rounded experience of instructing and working hands-on.
